Bad news

The numbers have gone down. It is over. We are heartbroken.

Do you see what I see?

It is POSITIVE!!!!!!!!
I just got a call from the doctor's office, and they told me that we are pregnant!!! They do a blood pregnancy test, and anything above a 50 is pregnant. My number was 128!!! Praise Jesus!! I go in again on Monday to repeat the test, because a pregnancy that is on the right track will double every two days.
Of course, I had to take a home preg. test once I got the news, just to see the two lines. I don't think there is anything better that seeing that second line materialize!! Even though we are letting everyone know, I'm still a little bit leery about everything until we see those numbers going up. I've had 3 early miscarriages, and know all too well the pain of those numbers not increasing. We appreciate all your prayers, and would love your continued prayers through this next week...well actually the next 9 months!! =)
I'm just in shock...I have actually had a pretty rough week. I didn't want to blog about it as it was happening, but I actually had quite a bit of spotting this whole week. I have been so worried, anxious, and just convinced that the IVF didn't work. So you can imagine my shock when the nurse told me congratulations!! It is sure better to think you aren't pregnant and find out you are than the other way around!
Thanks again for all your prayers...I will continue to keep you posted!!!

Happy Anniversary!!

I just want to wish my brother Aaron and my wonderful sister-in-law, Kristen, a Happy 1st Anniversary today!! I can't believe it has already been a year since you guys got married!! They are both such amazing people, and even though we don't get to spend too much time together because we live so far apart, I count them both as great friends!!

Their wedding day was beautiful and perfect, and I really thought they looked like they should have been in a magazine!!

I'll never forget the look on my brother's face the first time he saw Kristen at the back of the church...priceless!! And pure love!!
I love you guys, and wish you a lifetime full of years that are even better than this first one! Happy Anniversary!!!

I can't resist to share this also...
During the planning of their wedding, they realized that planning a wedding is a lot of hard work. They came up with the most amazing idea to make it easier and have created a company called Weddzilla.com. The site is in the midst of a giant overhaul that will be done soon, but if you now of anyone getting married in the near future, or are a part of a business that is in the wedding industry, Weddzilla will be an invaluable resource for you! It is a site that links brides with vendors, without having to make hundreds of calls. It is great for brides because it saves them so much time and aggravation, simplifying the process of planning a wedding, and is absolutely FREE! It is great for vendors too because they are able to get business from the brides that are needing their services without having to pound the pavement--brides come to you!

Justin and I have helped at a few of their bridal shows here in Dallas, and it is truly an incredible company--and will be even better very soon!! I wish it would have been around when I was got married!!! Check it out...sign up and you can get a chance to win $500 (if you are a bride) or free advertising for a year (if you are a vendor). Seriously...Weddzilla is amazing...and I'm not just saying that because I'm related to them! You have to check it out! Click on the picture below to go to the site.
