Please ignore the underlining...something is haywire and I can't figure out how to fix it!!
Hi everyone...Mommy here! Wow that sounds so wonderful to say!!! I just wanted to make a quick post with some pictures of my beautiful boys! It isn't going to be too much detail right now--I have another pump session coming up. Oh my gosh...I had no idea how much time pumping takes--you ladies probably understand!! But it is so worth it! I am also going to get to do Kangaroo Care (skin to skin holding) time with Jack tonight for the very first time. I'm so excited!!! I have held both boys in their incubators, about 3 inches off the mattress, but this is a first to actually get to hold one of my babies!!
It still just doesn't seem real...I stand by their beds, hold them, talk to them, hold their pacifiers, change their diapers, but it still seems like this has to all be a dream. After so many years of praying, wanting, waiting, yearning for just one baby, I just can hardly believe that they are here and are really mine!
The boys are doing so very well...even being so little, we are definitely seeing that they are fighters! The nurse with the baby next to the boys was surprised today when I told her they were born at 28weeks, 6 days. She thought they were farther along from what she sees!! So praise Jesus! I will give many more details about the final days of my pregnancy in posts to come...all I can say is that God was DEFINITELY in control of every detail, and we are so very blessed that the boys are doing so well, and that I am too!
Enjoy the pictures, and thank you again (and again and again!) for all of your prayers!
Some of Jack...
And some of Will...

Hey new Mommy and Daddy! Kangaroo Kare was my favorite time while Luke was in NICU. There's nothing like a mother's touch. Congratulations!
Love,
Heather

Thank you so much for sharing more pictures and your message. I can't wait to see and hear more! They are darling!!! The pictures of them with their eyes open are great, very expressive. It will do them so much good to have you hold them skin to skin, there's nothing like it. Soon you'll be home, rocking them in their nursery! Bliss!!!
I'm overwhelmed with joy for you. It's so amazing to reflect on even the short peice of your long journey in which I know about and then to now see where you are now.....holding two beautiful baby boys. I'm soooooo happy for you.

Hi Alyson, You don't know me, but I am a friend of Michelle and I have prayed continuously for you and your family for the past year and a half or so. I just cried and cried tears of joy when I saw your sweet boys! They are perfect! Even though we have never met, I feel like I know you through the faith that we share. God is so good. May he bless you as you begin this new journey.
We are just so excited for you and are loving every single blog, picture and facebook update! I find myself telling all of my friends about you and how excited I am :)
