Tulsa Fun!

This post has taken me WAY too long to get posted!!  But there were so many fun memories from the first weekend of August with Mammaw, Pappaw, Joy, Ryan and Ryley, that I had to get it up on our family blog!  Better late than never! =)
(I feel like I'm repeating that to myself a lot lately about blogging, instead of feeling guilty!)

Jack was comfy watching his video on the way up!

Fun chatting with Mammaw!

The boys LOVE their Aunt Joy and cousin Ryley!

Playing with their phones...these boys LOVE technology!

Ryley and Jack--she is such a great cousin and was a HUGE help to me!

We had fun at the aquarium!

Watching all the bright fish

Big boys having fun!

Will and Ryley--of course with technology!

Watching for Daddy
We went to Incredible Pizza to celebrate the boys' birthday and Ryley's.  It was fun watching everyone enjoy their presents, as well as get to play in the arcade area!  The boys had never been any place like this before, and they were in awe!!
The boys' new Superhero Magna-Doodles.

They LOVE them!!!

We got Ryley a sewing machine!!  She is going to create some great things!

We also went to the mall to ride the carousel--another first for the boys!
We had to ride this escalator twice!  It was a hit!

We stopped at Build-a-Bear after the carousel and all the kids made a special bear!!

(When we got home, we dressed the bears in the basketball costumes we bought for the boys' first Halloween in the NICU!  So strange to see them on the bears!)
The decked out bears...
Remember these little guys?! I can hardly remember them so small!

We also spend a wonderful evening at our friends Shari & Mark's home.  They have a heavenly pool that we love to enjoy when we're in Tulsa, and they made us all the yummiest dinner!  Such wonderful people!!

After swim cuddles =)
Shari is also an amazing photographer, and graciously offered to take pictures of the family since we were all together!!  Here are a couple informal shots, and I know the ones she took are going to be amazing!!

These boys LOVE their cousin!!

This boy (W) is a phone-a-holic!!!

Mammaw, Ryley and the boys looking at their beautiful pond!

I just can't believe they are all so big!
What an amazing young lady Ryley is becoming!  I just love her!
Thanks, Ryley, for all your help when we were together!

And the ride home... they were out before we were even 5 minutes away!!

Thanks, Gene & Kathy, for such a wonderful weekend together!  Thank you, Moores, for driving all the way--it made this weekend so special to share it with all of you!!

Cute Boy Pics...

I'm really struggling to get our vacation (Tulsa and California) blogs finished...but I'm determined to get  them posted at some point!  This is our family album after all!  So continue to stay tuned for them!
But... these boys are just too cute not to share pics of them in their daily cuteness!!

Daddy and the brothers playing in hats!
The boys love getting to lay on Mommy and Daddy's "night-night" (bed).
 Every so often we go in and watch Mickey Mouse on our TV!

But most times they are too busy exploring to watch for long!

Wearing our new big boy hats to play outside

Time for a drink! Aren't they adorable?!  They have such big heads, we had to buy 3T/4T hats!
They LOVE their Daddy!

Ever since we got home from CA, the boys have been so much chattier! They talk all day long, and they are doing a lot more with real words!  It's just incredible how big they are seeming to us lately!!

And they love the microphones (Thanks Unca and Sara!)

 Where's Daddy?
Did you notice Jack's hand in the video when he says "I don't know"?  He does this a lot now, and it is the cutest thing ever!

"Maybe we can see him under the door!"

Happy boys and a happy mommy!

Jack loves playing with the animals--
he makes their sounds and says what they are as he plays.  So cute!

If you're my FB friend, you've seen these already, but I thought I'd post them here too!
A very delicious and messy dinner!

Last but not least... my bummer injury. As I was heating my lunch on Monday, I accidentally knocked the hot bowl on the counter as I took it out of the microwave.  The bowl cracked into three big pieces, and one went straight into my hand.  I knew immediately that even though it wasn't a wide gash, it was pretty deep and I was going to need stitches.  Thankfully the boys were sound asleep and my hand didn't really bleed too much.  I waited just a few minutes for my heros to arrive (my parents from a mile away), and within the hour I was back, stitched up, and I really haven't been in much pain at all!  I get the stitches out on Tuesday, and luckily it is in a place on my left hand that still allows me to do what I need to do!

The boys' 2nd birthday is Saturday--I just can't believe it!  Looking forward to a great day!!

Celebrating Jonathan

Oh bummer...another big gap between blogging.  So sorry!
I'm working on some fun catch up blogs to come soon!  We've been busy travelers!! =)

~~~~~~~~~~~~
My last blog was somewhat tough with missing my boy, but his actual birthday was just a wonderful day!  Justin, Mom, Dad, the boys and I headed out early to the cemetery to beat the heat, and we had a little celebration!  Mom and I redid his flowers, added some fun decorations, sang a few songs, and released our traditional balloon with notes to Jonathan up to heaven!  Thank you, Mom and Dad, for celebrating with us.  Thanks to all who remember him with us!
Presents from W & J for their big brother!
A pretty new arrangement, complete with a #4 for his birthday!
Look closely... butterflies (the boys' new favorite thing to find) for Jonathan!
Hugs from my miracles!
So thankful for our Jonathan's life!
Happy Birthday, Sweet Boy!!!
