Wall-climber Will!

Between Jack starting to take steps (see last post) and Will beginning to climb the walls, we are foreseeing that our future is about to get even busier!  These boys are busy, but oh so much fun!

Our little climber Will...

Will is our little studier.  He loves to sit in a big pile of books and look through the pages.  It is the cutest thing!

He is standing also, but has yet to try for his first step like his brother. He's not in a rush, and if he treats walking like he did crawling, he won't do it until he has worked on the form, and is ready to do it just right! =)  Silly boy!

Will is also really into biting right now!  And it is painful!  He loves to bite my shoulder and his brother's finger when Jack sticks it into his mouth! (They both think it is great fun to put fingers into everyone's mouths!  Too funny!)  I know he wants to use his 8 teeth, but I have to find him something else to chew on other than all of us!!

On Sunday we went to my parent's church to introduce the boys to all their friends who prayed so much for them and us over the few years!

Oh these little guys just melt my heart!  I love them so much!

Jack's First Step!!

Exciting news from the Steiner household...

Jack took his first step on Saturday!!!!  We didn't get any pictures or video of it, but Justin and I were both there to see it!  I'm so glad Jack did it while he was here to witness it! =) 

It is the cutest thing... he stands for a bit to get his balance, raises his hands up on opens and shuts them, like saying "everyone watch me!", then he takes a step!  He had been starting to do this the day before, but he would fall halfway through a step.  But this time, he did it!  A complete step--one foot, and then the other!  (And then he fell!)

We were so excited that Justin and I started clapping and cheering, and both the boys started crying! =(  I guess next time we don't cheer quite as loudly!  

YAY JACK!!!! We are SO proud of you!

And we are pretty sure that Will is not too far behind!

Since we don't have video of the step yet, enjoy this video of Jack clapping along to the music!  He was even 'singing' too, but we didn't get it on film!  We sure love our boys!!!

The Steiner Zoo

I think we (Mom & Dad) had just a bit too much fun getting ready for this Halloween! =)  

Remember our little Steiner Globetrotters last year? In their Build-a-Bear costumes?

Gosh they are so much bigger this year! And they are just so much fun!  

We had a great time getting our "zoo" ready for the Fall Festival at church and for trick-or-treating in our neighborhood!
